Mouthwatering Greek potatoes baked with aromatic herbs, garlic, olive oil, and zesty lemon juice.
Ingredients:
  • 6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 0.33333334326744 cup olive oil
  • 0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cubes chicken bouillon
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Evenly layer the potatoes in a medium baking dish.
  • Combine water, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, bouillon cubes, thyme, rosemary, and pepper in a small bowl, then drizzle over potatoes.
  • Bake covered in the preheated oven, turning occasionally, until the potatoes are tender but still firm, for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
