Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup oats
  • 2 tablespoons almonds, or to taste
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or more to taste
  • 1 cup rice milk, or as needed
Instructions:
  • In a blender, grind oats and almonds into a powdery texture. Add spinach, banana, yogurt, peanut butter, and cinnamon. Blend while slowly pouring in rice milk until you achieve your desired consistency.
