Delicious and moist banana bread bites made with simple and wholesome ingredients like bananas, yogurt, and flour, sweetened naturally with no refined sugar. Perfect for snacking, guilt-free dessert, or lunchbox treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 very ripe black banana, peeled
  • 125g (½ cup) Greek Style Natural Yogurt
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 75g (1/2 cup) self raising flour
  • 50g (1/3 cup) wholemeal self-raising flour
  • 1.25 gm cinnamon
  • 90g dark chocolate (preferably 70% cocoa or above), finely chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 3 minutes. Lightly grease a 6-hole silicone mini muffin mold.
  • Mash a ripe banana in a large jug, then stir in the yogurt and egg until smooth.
  • Mix together the flours, cinnamon, and chocolate in a bowl. Then, pour in the banana mixture and stir until just combined.
  • Fill each muffin mould generously with 1 tablespoon of the delicious banana mixture. Air fry for 8 minutes or until perfectly cooked. Let them cool for 2-3 minutes before gently removing the bites and continue with the rest of the mixture.
