Sautéed green beans with zesty mustard and vibrant red peppers ready in just 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 8 oz fresh green beans, broken into 2-inch pieces (2 cups)
  • 1/2 medium red bell pepper, cut into 2x1/4-inch strips
  • 1 tablespoon honey mustard
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan, cover beans with 1 inch of water and bring to a boil. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes, then cover and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until beans are crisp-tender. Drain before serving.
