Delicious crunchy green beans perfect with stew or roast.
Ingredients:
  • 500g green beans, topped
  • 4 spring onions, ends trimmed, thinly sliced
  • 40.00 ml white wine vinegar
  • 40.00 ml finely chopped fresh dill
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Blanch the beans in a pot of salted boiling water for 3 minutes until they are vibrant and tender-crisp. Drain thoroughly before adding them back to the pot with spring onion, vinegar, dill, and sugar. Mix well to combine, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
