Tangy pomegranate-dressed green beans - a speedy side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 350g thin green beans, trimmed, sliced lengthways
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
  • 20.00 ml pomegranate molasses
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
  • 5.00 gm caster sugar
  • 82.50 ml pomegranate seeds
Instructions:
  • Boil beans in salted water until tender, about 1-2 minutes. Drain.
  • Combine oil, rich molasses, zesty lemon juice, and sweet sugar in a bowl, then season to perfection.
  • To serve, generously pour the dressing over the beans and top with a vibrant scattering of pomegranate seeds.
