Whip up a quick and delicious egg, ham, and rocket breakfast wrap in just 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 4 Free Range Eggs, lightly whisked
  • 41.20 gm milk
  • 40.00 ml flat-leaf parsley, coarsely chopped
  • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
  • 20g butter
  • 2 x 26cm spinach and herb wraps, warmed
  • 100g Oliving Traditional Ham
  • Coles Brand Australian Baby Rocket, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a jug, vigorously combine the egg, milk, fresh parsley, and spring onion using a whisk until well blended. Add seasoning to taste, if preferred.
  • Melt half of the butter in a 20cm non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour in half of the egg mixture, swirl to spread evenly, and cook for 2 mins until just set. Transfer to a plate. Repeat with the remaining butter and egg mixture.
  • Lay out a wrap on a clean surface. Add an omelette on top of the wrap. Then, layer half of the Hans Oliving Traditional Ham and half of the rocket on top. Fold over the wrap to seal everything inside. Repeat the process with the remaining wrap, omelette, ham, and rocket. Optionally, serve the wraps wrapped in baking paper.
