Creamy dip with anchovies and herbs.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup sour cream
  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • 0.25 cup minced fresh chives
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, parsley, tarragon, lemon juice, and anchovy fillets in a food processor or blender until velvety; transfer to a bowl. Fold in minced chives and season with salt and pepper. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
