Elevate your meal with a sweet twist - fresh strawberries add a burst of flavor to this simple salad.
Ingredients:
  • 1 yellow witlof, leaves separated
  • 1 bunch rocket, trimmed
  • 3 stalks red kale, leaves chopped
  • 250.00g strawberries, hulled, halved
  • 62.50 ml natural almond kernels, toasted
  • 36.80 gm grapeseed oil (see notes)
  • 28.60 gm honey
  • 3 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 20.00 ml finely chopped fresh basil leaves
Instructions:
  • Create a luscious Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette by combining strawberries, oil, honey, and vinegar in a small food processor. Blend until velvety. Season with salt and pepper, then gently fold in the fragrant basil.
  • Arrange the witlof, rocket, kale, strawberries, and almonds beautifully on a serving plate. Generously drizzle with the delicious dressing and present it elegantly. Enjoy!
