Green olive tapenade

Elevate any meal with this delicious tapenade.
Ingredients:
  • 175g olive
  • 4 anchovy fillets, drained on paper towel, coarsely chopped
  • 20.00 ml drained capers
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 40.00 ml toasted slivered almonds
  • 60ml olive oil
Instructions:
  • Combine olives, anchovy, capers, garlic, and almonds in a food processor; pulse until finely chopped. Alternatively, use a mortar and pestle for a more traditional method.
  • While the food processor is on, slowly pour in the oil in a steady stream until a silky paste is formed.
  • Place the tapenade in an airtight container and top it off with extra oil to cover the surface and prevent oxidation.
