Elevate your crackers with this savory classic dip!
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups green olives in brine, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • Food Should Taste Good™ roasted red pepper brown rice crackers, as desired
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until roughly chopped, excluding the crackers.
  • Present with a side of delicious crackers.
