Green tea noodles with prawns and broccolini

Elevate your seafood and greens dish with green tea or buckwheat noodles for a touch of magic. Brown rice is a delicious alternative.
Ingredients:
  • 270g green tea noodles or soba noodles
  • 1 bunch broccolini, sliced on the diagonal
  • 9.20 gm sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 40.00 ml tamari
  • 20.00 ml mirin
  • 12 cooked prawns, deveined, peeled (tails intact)
  • 4 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 6.00 gm sesame seeds, toasted
Instructions:
  • Prepare the noodles as directed on the packet. Drain, rinse with cold water, and then set aside.
  • Blanch the broccolini in boiling salted water for 2 minutes until tender, then drain and refresh. Set aside.
  • In a large frypan over medium heat, warm sunflower oil. Add noodles, broccolini, sesame oil, tamari, and mirin. Toss everything together for 2 minutes until warmed through. Remove from heat and mix in prawns and spring onion.
  • Plate the dish, sprinkle generously with sesame seeds, and serve.
