Juicy grilled chicken wings with a flavorful marinade, tossed in a spicy butter sauce - irresistibly delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 3 pounds chicken wings, cut apart at joints, wing tips discarded
  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 0.5 cup Italian-style salad dressing
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 0.25 cup hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®), or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
Instructions:
  • Marinate the chicken wings in a flavorful blend of soy sauce and Italian dressing in a large resealable bag. Ensure the wings are coated evenly, remove excess air, seal the bag, and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
  • Get the outdoor grill ready by preheating it to medium-high heat and brushing the grate with a light layer of oil.
  • In a small saucepan, gently melt butter over low heat. Stir in hot pepper sauce and soy sauce until well mixed. Take off heat and keep aside.
  • Remove the seasoned chicken wings from the marinade, gently dry them, and discard any excess marinade.
  • Grill the chicken on high heat, turning occasionally, until beautifully browned and cooked through, about 25-30 minutes. Check doneness with a meat thermometer - it should register 165°F (74°C) near the bone.
  • Transfer the grilled wings to a spacious bowl. Drizzle the butter sauce over the wings and mix until fully coated.
