"Crunchy asparagus, ideal for BBQs."
Ingredients:
  • 36.40 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 bunches asparagus, trimmed
  • 275g pack baby roma tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 100g feta, crumbled
  • 20.00 ml balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
  • Preheat your barbecue or grill until it's nice and hot. Then, generously drizzle 1 tablespoon of oil over the asparagus and make sure each piece is nicely coated.
  • Grill asparagus until tender and lightly charred, turning often. Place on a platter, top with tomatoes and feta. Finish with a drizzle of oil and balsamic vinegar.
