Griddle asparagus for maximum flavor enhancement.
Ingredients:
  • 800 g asparagus
  • ½ a lemon
  • olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese for grating
Instructions:
  • Clean the asparagus and trim the woody ends. Grill the asparagus on a hot griddle until nicely charred. Plate the asparagus and drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, then top with grated or shaved Parmesan before serving.
