Delicious meatloaf with BBQ topping grilled for smoky flavor or baked in the oven.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 1.5 pounds ground pork
  • 2 cups dry bread crumbs
  • 1 cup finely chopped sweet onion (such as Vidalia®)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.5 cup barbeque sauce
  • 0.5 cup ketchup
Instructions:
  • Heat outdoor grill to medium heat, clean the grates, and coat with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Combine ground beef, ground pork, bread crumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, tarragon, sea salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Split the mixture in half and shape into 2 loaves measuring 4 inches in diameter and 6 inches long. In another bowl, blend barbecue sauce with ketchup until fully mixed.
  • Place the meatloaves on the grill grates and generously coat each with the barbecue sauce mixture. Grill until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F (73 degrees C), approximately 1 hour.
