Ingredients:
  • 4 beef steaks, about 3/4 inch thick (porterhouse, rib eye, sirloin or T-bone steaks) or about 1 inch thick (tenderloin steaks)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat by preparing the coals or turning on the gas. It will take approximately 40 minutes for charcoal or 10 minutes for a gas grill.
  • Score the fat on steaks in a diagonal pattern at 1-inch intervals, making sure not to cut into the meat to preserve juiciness.
  • Grill the beef over medium heat until it reaches your desired level of doneness, flipping halfway through, and seasoning with salt and pepper.
