Whip up a tasty grilled vegetable medley of bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms to pair perfectly with your meats.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppered seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • 8 to 12 fresh whole mushrooms (3/4 to 1 inch in diameter)
  • 1 medium onion, cut into thick wedges
  • 1 green bell pepper, quartered lengthwise
  • 1 red bell pepper, quartered lengthwise
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill. In a large bowl, mix together oil, peppered seasoned salt, and basil until well combined. Add the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
  • Grill the onion and bell peppers in a grill basket or directly on a gas or charcoal grill over medium-low heat for 6 minutes until tender.
  • Place the mushrooms in the grill basket and cook for 6 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
