Spicy buffalo chicken sliders - a must-have for your next BBQ!
Ingredients:
  • 4 (4 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 0.5 cup buffalo wing sauce, or more as needed
  • 4 slices LAND O LAKES® Deli American, cut into quarters
  • 8 slider buns, sliced
  • 8 tablespoons blue cheese salad dressing
  • 1 rib celery, cut into 2-inch thin sticks
Instructions:
  • Slice each chicken breast in half horizontally and place them in a large resealable plastic bag. Use a meat mallet to flatten each piece to about 1/2-inch thickness.
  • In a bag, pour your preferred quantity of buffalo wing sauce, seal it, and gently shake to evenly coat the chicken. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill until coals are ready and grill is at medium heat.
  • Take the chicken out of the hot sauce and dispose of the sauce.
  • Grill the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F and is no longer pink in the center, about 10-12 minutes. Brush with more buffalo wing sauce if desired and add 2 pieces of cheese to each chicken piece during the last minute of cooking.
  • Grill the buns cut-side down until they are toasted, for about 1-2 minutes.
  • Spread the delicious dressing on the toasted bun halves, then layer celery sticks and chicken on the bottom half before topping with the other bun half.
