Grilled skewered cabbage wedges, perfectly seasoned for a delightful and simple side dish enjoyed by all.
Ingredients:
  • 1 medium head cabbage
  • 8 metal skewers
  • 0.5 cup olive oil, or as needed
  • 1 pinch seasoned salt (such as Lawry's®), or to taste
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Prepare the outdoor grill by preheating it to medium heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Slice cabbage into 8 wedges, secure each with a skewer. Coat with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Grill the skewers until achieving beautiful grill marks, turning once, for a total of 8 to 12 minutes. Then, remove from skewers and serve.
