Upgrade your summer side dish with grilled cabbage stuffed with bacon and butter for a tasty weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 1 head cabbage, cored
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 pound bacon
Instructions:
  • Get your outdoor grill ready by preheating it to medium-high heat and giving the grate a light coating of oil.
  • Stuff the cored cabbage with butter, salt, and pepper, followed by rolling bacon slices before placing them in the hole. Finally, cover the cabbage with any remaining bacon slices and wrap it all in aluminum foil.
  • Grill cabbage until tender, approximately 45-50 minutes. Remove bacon from cabbage, grill until crisp for 5-7 minutes, crumble, and sprinkle over cabbage.
