Upgrade your snack game with warm and caramelicious treats.
Ingredients:
  • 2 large apples
  • 1/4 cup caramel topping
Instructions:
  • Prepare the grill for direct heat. Take four 18x12-inch pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil, fold them in half crosswise, and then spray them with cooking spray. Cut the apples in half, remove the cores, and then slice each half into 4 wedges.
  • On each piece of foil, arrange 4 apple wedges at the center. Pour 2 tablespoons of caramel topping over the apple wedges on each foil. Wrap the foil tightly around the apples.
  • Grill foil packets, seam sides up, over medium-low heat for 8 to 9 minutes until apples are crisp-tender. Be cautious when opening packets to avoid steam, as the caramel will be hot. Serve right away.
