Grilled chicken, sausage, and veggies with pesto linguine for a tasty Italian dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 16 oz. uncooked linguine
  • 1 (7-oz.) container refrigerated pesto
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 8 pieces
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 8 pieces
  • 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 1/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 4 mild Italian sausage links, each cut into thirds
Instructions:
  • Preheat grill. Cook linguine according to package instructions, then drain. Return to saucepan and toss with pesto to coat. Keep warm by covering. Place bell peppers and onion in grill basket, sprinkle with salt.
  • Preheat grill basket with chicken and sausage over medium heat. Grill for 20-25 minutes until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear, and sausages are browned and fully cooked. Turn frequently. Stir vegetables occasionally; cook until browned and tender. Serve over linguini.
