Marinate chicken in pickle juice for tender and flavorful grilled chicken.
Ingredients:
  • 4 skinless chicken thighs
  • 1.5 cups dill pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon freeze-dried dill
Instructions:
  • Marinate chicken thighs in pickle juice in a sealed bag for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Heat up your outdoor grill to medium-high heat and brush the grate lightly with oil.
  • Combine olive oil, seasoned salt, paprika, dill, and pepper in a bowl and whisk together. Take the chicken out from the pickle juice and dispose of the juice. Brush the seasoned oil mixture onto all sides of the chicken.
  • Grill chicken for a total of 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
