Try this quick and flavorful grilled salmon with dill and mustard spread for a delicious seafood dinner in just 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (1 1/2-lb.) fresh salmon fillet
  • Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions:
  • To prepare the grill, heat it up. Next, in a small bowl, mix together dill, mustard, and honey thoroughly. Take 2 tablespoons of the mustard mixture and combine it with mayonnaise in another small bowl until well mixed. Chill the sauce until you are ready to serve. Set aside the rest of the mustard mixture to use for brushing on the salmon later.
  • Before grilling, coat the skin side of the salmon with nonstick cooking spray. Place the salmon, skin side down, on a preheated gas or charcoal grill. Spread the reserved mustard mixture on top of the salmon evenly, then cover and grill for 10 to 15 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with the mayonnaise-mustard sauce mixture.
