Zesty dill-mustard sauce with a hint of sweetness, tanginess, and olive oil to enhance grilled tuna.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 2 1 1/4-inch-thick tuna steaks
  • 0.25 cup spicy brown mustard
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 0.33333334326744 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons dried dill
Instructions:
  • In a large resealable bag, combine lemon juice and 1/2 cup of olive oil. Seal the bag and shake well. Add the tuna steaks, seal the bag, and refrigerate to marinate while you preheat the grill.
  • Prepare the grill by preheating it to high heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Combine brown mustard, mustard powder, sugar, vinegar, and 1/3 cup olive oil in a medium bowl. Gently fold in the dill for added flavor.
  • Take the tuna steaks out of the marinade and place them on the preheated grill. Grill the steaks until they easily flake with a fork, about 6 minutes per side. Serve the steaks with a drizzle of mustard-dill sauce.
