Enhance tuna steaks with soy, ginger, rice wine, garlic, and oil marinade. Refrigerate briefly for a delicious upgrade.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chinese rice wine
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 4 (6 ounce) tuna steaks (about 3/4 inch thick)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Combine soy sauce, rice wine, ginger, and garlic in a shallow dish. Add tuna to the marinade, ensuring it is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  • Heat up the grill until it reaches a medium-high temperature.
  • Take the tuna out of the marinade and ensure to discard any excess liquid. Brush both sides of the steaks with oil.
  • Grill tuna over high heat until perfectly cooked, flipping once, for 3 to 6 minutes per side.
