Grilled yellowfin tuna marinated in flavorful teriyaki and garlic, perfect for tailgates or summer BBQs.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 0.75 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 (4 ounce) fillets yellowfin tuna
Instructions:
  • Combine teriyaki sauce, oil, garlic, and pepper in a large resealable plastic bag. Add tuna fillets and seal the bag, removing excess air. Shake well to coat the tuna evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat a high-heat outdoor grill and lightly oil the grate.
  • Take the tuna out of the marinade and grill to your desired doneness: 3-5 minutes for rare, 5-8 minutes for medium, or 8-10 minutes for well done.
