Grilled yellowfin tuna steaks with zesty lemon garlic marinade, mustard, and soy sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (6 ounce) yellowfin tuna steaks
  • 0.33333334326744 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 4 wedges lemon, for garnish
Instructions:
  • Puncture tuna steaks all over using a fork and arrange them in a shallow glass baking dish.
  • Combine oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, lemon peel, and garlic in a bowl. Pour the mixture over tuna steaks, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 to 3 hours.
  • Heat up the grill to medium heat and give the grate a light oiling.
  • Take out the tuna from the marinade, gently shake off any extra marinade from the steaks, and place them on a plate.
  • Transfer the marinade into a small saucepan and bring it to a gentle boil. Let it simmer on medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Grill tuna, basting with the marinade, until fully cooked, 5 to 6 minutes on each side. Serve with lemon wedges.
