Grilled salmon with tangy mustard-dill sauce - the ultimate outdoor feast.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cedar plank
  • 0.5 cup Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 (1.5 pound) salmon fillet, skin removed
Instructions:
  • Submerge cedar plank in water for a minimum of 1 hour.
  • Preheat the grill over medium heat for indirect cooking.
  • Combine the Dijon mustard, creamy mayonnaise, zesty lemon juice, fragrant lemon zest, fresh dill, and minced garlic in a bowl.
  • Lay the salmon on the prepared cedar plank and generously coat it with the flavorful mustard mixture.
  • Place cedar plank on the cooler side of the grill and cook the salmon until it easily flakes with a fork, about 25 to 30 minutes.
