Grilled salmon fillet paired with a creamy dill sauce – perfect for a casual gathering.
Ingredients:
  • 1 large salmon fillet (2 pounds)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup refrigerated dill dip
  • 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions:
  • Prepare the grill for direct heat by heating the coals or gas grill.
  • Lay the fish on a large 24-inch piece of durable aluminum foil. Brush the salmon with oil and sprinkle it with pepper. Seal the foil tightly around the fish.
  • Grill the fish uncovered over medium heat, 4 to 6 inches away from the heat source, for 20 to 30 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
  • Combine the dill dip and milk until creamy. Drizzle the salmon with the dill sauce before serving.
