Moist grilled salmon with creamy dill mayo sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill, or to taste
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 pinches brown sugar, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 0.5 pound salmon fillet, skin on
Instructions:
  • Prepare the grill by preheating it to medium heat and greasing the grate lightly with oil.
  • Combine creamy mayonnaise, aromatic dill, tangy mustard, and a touch of sweet brown sugar in a bowl. Gently coat the salmon skin with vegetable oil.
  • Place salmon skin-side down on the hot grill. Spread a flavorful mayonnaise blend over the top of the salmon and cook until easily flaked with a fork, usually 6 to 12 minutes.
