Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon canola or olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic-pepper blend
  • 1 lb salmon fillets, cut into 4 pieces (4 oz each)
  • 1 container (6 oz) Greek Fat Free plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill weed or 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill. Combine all marinade ingredients in a small bowl, excluding the salmon.
  • Place the salmon pieces skin side up in an 8-inch square glass baking dish. Pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring each piece is coated. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill and brush the grill rack with oil. Remove the salmon from the marinade, discard the marinade, and place the salmon skin side down on the grill over medium heat. Cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  • Mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and serve with the salmon.
