Whip up quick and flavorful Greek pork kabobs with just 5 ingredients in 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Greek vinaigrette dressing
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 pound pork boneless loin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red onion, cut into 8 wedges
  • 1 large red or green bell pepper, cut into 8 pieces
Instructions:
  • Prepare the grill for direct heat. In a large bowl, combine the dressing and parsley, then add the pork, onion, and bell pepper. Skewer the pork, onion, and bell pepper alternately onto four 15-inch metal skewers, leaving a 1/4-inch space between each piece. Keep the remaining dressing in the bowl for later use.
  • Grill the kabobs on medium heat, turning and brushing with dressing, until the pork is cooked through. Discard any leftover dressing.
