Lime-seasoned fish with cilantro lime garlic sauce, served on greens with bread. Perfect for seafood lovers!
Ingredients:
  • 4 (6 ounce) fillets halibut
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
  • 0.5 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill until it's sizzling hot. Drizzle the lime juice over the fish fillets and generously season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill fish fillets until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes each, and easily flaked with a fork. Transfer to a heated serving plate.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, warm the oil. Add garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in butter, the rest of the lime juice, and cilantro. Drizzle the cilantro butter sauce over the fish before serving.
