Transform five simple ingredients into a luscious and comforting Alfredo casserole.
Ingredients:
  • 1 3/4 cups cubed (3/4 inch) cooked ham (3/4 lb)
  • 3 medium baking potatoes, peeled, cut in half lengthwise, then cut into 1/8-inch wedges (about 3 cups)
  • 1 1/3 cups Alfredo pasta sauce (from 16-oz jar)
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill. Cut a large 20x18-inch sheet of heavy-duty foil and coat it with cooking spray. Place the ham in the center, then layer with potatoes, pasta sauce, and cheese.
  • Wrap the ham mixture tightly in foil, leaving space for heat circulation and expansion.
  • Grill the packet over low heat with the grill covered for 20 to 25 minutes. Remember to rotate the packet halfway through cooking. The potatoes should be tender when done.
  • Before serving, make a large X cut across the top of the packet and gently fold back the foil to release the steam. Sprinkle with chives for a finishing touch.
