Grilled Herbed New Potatoes

Creamy sour cream sauce drizzled over tender taters, ready in just 25 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 small red potatoes, cut into fourths
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
  • Prepare the grill for direct heat. In a large bowl, combine oil, parsley, 1 tablespoon of rosemary, 1/2 teaspoon of lemon pepper, and salt. Add the potatoes and make sure they are evenly coated. Transfer the potatoes to a grill basket or grill wok.
  • Grill covered potatoes over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket or stirring occasionally, until they are tender.
  • Combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and enjoy with potatoes.
