Grilled rolls topped with savory Italian cream cheese spread make a quick and flavorful dish without butter. Ready in just 15 minutes with only 4 simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 1 oz reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel), softened
  • 1/8 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Dash of garlic salt
  • 2 crusty dinner rolls (4 inches long), cut crosswise in half
Instructions:
  • Preheat your grill for indirect heat according to the manufacturer's instructions and prepare two 12x8-inch pieces of heavy-duty foil.
  • Combine cream cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt in a small bowl. Spread the mixture onto the cut sides of the rolls. Place each roll in the center of a piece of foil, fold the foil over the roll, and seal the edges tightly with two 1/2-inch folds. Leave room for air circulation and expansion on the sides.
  • Place the packets over the cooler side of the grill. Cover and grill over medium heat for 7 to 10 minutes, or until the rolls are warm and toasty.
