Quick and easy grilled herbed tilapia fillets in foil packets, ready in 15 minutes for a family-friendly weeknight meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tilapia fillets
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 0.25 teaspoon kosher salt
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 10 chives, cut in half
  • 1.5 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
Instructions:
  • Get your outdoor grill nice and hot by preheating it on high heat, then give the grate a light coating of oil.
  • Cut a piece of sturdy aluminum foil big enough to create a spacious pouch for the tilapia fillets.
  • Lay the fillets on the foil and generously season with dill, salt, and pepper. Top with chives and a pat of butter, then gently seal the pouches.
  • Grill fillets until they easily flake with a fork, 10-15 minutes.
