Grilled jalapeño poppers stuffed with creamy Cheddar, wrapped in bacon, and grilled until crisp and irresistible.
Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1.5 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 16 whole jalapeno peppers with stems
  • 8 slices bacon, cut in half crosswise
Instructions:
  • Heat up the outdoor grill to medium heat and lightly grease the grate.
  • Combine cream cheese, Cheddar, Parmesan, and garlic powder in a bowl until smooth and well incorporated.
  • Place a jalapeño pepper on a work surface. Cut a lengthwise sliver from the side of the pepper to expose the seeds and white membrane. Use the handle of a teaspoon to scrape out the seeds and membrane, leaving a hollow pepper. Repeat for the remaining peppers.
  • Dice the peppers and fold them into the creamy cheese mixture. Fill each pepper with the luscious cheese blend and wrap each one in half a slice of savory bacon. Use toothpicks to hold everything together.
  • Grill stuffed jalapeños over indirect heat until peppers are tender, bacon is crispy, and flavors are intensified, about 30-40 minutes.
