Bold grilled mushrooms and onions in foil packet, perfect atop steaks, potatoes, or solo.
Ingredients:
  • aluminum foil
  • 2 large white onions, sliced into 1/4-inch rings
  • 8 ounces baby bella mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoons butter, cut into 4 pieces
  • 5 tablespoons steak seasoning (such as Dale's®)
Instructions:
  • Heat up the outdoor grill to medium temperature.
  • Square the aluminum foil by folding an 18-inch wide piece.
  • In the center of the foil, place the onions, mushrooms, and garlic. Scatter butter pieces on top of the vegetables and sprinkle with steak seasoning. Fold the foil's corners towards the center, sealing the packet securely.
  • Grill the foil packet until vegetables are tender, approximately 45 minutes. Carefully open the packet once cooked and serve.
