Mustard seasoned skirt steak, grilled or fried, paired with creamy blue cheese dressing for a budget-friendly, flavorful meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds beef skirt steak
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 0.33333334326744 cup prepared spicy brown mustard
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup blue cheese dressing
Instructions:
  • Combine mustard and lemon juice, mix well. Trim most fat from steak, coat with mustard mixture. Marinate steak in a sealed bag in the fridge for 1-24 hours.
  • Get your grill or large skillet ready to sizzle over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the steak on the grill or in a pan for 5 minutes per side, or until done to your liking. Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes, then slice each steak into 4 pieces, following the grain. Enjoy with a side of blue cheese dressing.
