Delicious grilled peaches with honey nut cream cheese spread and extra honey drizzle. Perfect dessert!
Ingredients:
- 4 peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons clover honey
- 1 cup soft cream cheese with honey and nuts
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Heat the grill until it reaches medium-high temperature.
- Gently oil peaches, then grill pit side down for 5 minutes until nice grill marks appear. Turn over, drizzle with honey, add cream cheese spread to the pit area, and grill 2-3 more minutes until warm. Serve promptly.
