Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1 medium banana, sliced

Instructions:
  • Spread a generous layer of creamy peanut butter on one slice of bread, then delicately place banana slices on top. Spread the rest of the flavorful peanut butter on the second slice of bread and create a sandwich by carefully placing it over the bananas, pressing gently to combine all flavors.
  • Prepare a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add the sandwich to the skillet and cook until both sides are golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
