Grilled chicken marinated in pesto and Parmesan for maximum flavor and juiciness.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (6 ounce) jar prepared pesto (such as Barilla® Rustic Basil Pesto)
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 ounces lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 chicken breast halves
Instructions:
  • Combine pesto, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, pepper, and salt in a 1-gallon resealable freezer bag. Add chicken, ensure it's fully coated, remove air, seal the bag, and refrigerate for 8 hours to overnight.
  • Heat up your outdoor grill to medium-high and brush the grate lightly with oil.
  • Take the chicken out of the marinade and gently shake off any extra. Dispose of the rest of the marinade.
  • Grill chicken over indirect heat until fully cooked, about 6 to 8 minutes per side. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the center reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
