Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp finely grated lime rind
  • 19.20 gm sea salt flakes
  • 0.63 gm ground cinnamon
  • 1 pineapple, peeled, cut into long wedges
  • Lime wedges, to serve
  • Mint leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Mix together the lime rind, salt, cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon of sugar in a small bowl.
  • Coat pineapple with the rest of the sugar. Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Sear pineapple wedges for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Garnish pineapple with zesty lime and a touch of aromatic cinnamon salt, accompanied by lime wedges and fresh mint leaves for a vibrant finish.
