Marinated grilled pork chops with zesty citrus, savory soy sauce, and aromatic herbs make for a delicious and simple dinner option.
Ingredients:
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil, or more to taste
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon coriander seeds, ground
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 4 (6 ounce) bone-in pork chops (1 inch thick)
Instructions:
  • Combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, parsley, rosemary, thyme, ground coriander, garlic, and lemon zest in a shallow dish. Add pork chops and mix well to coat evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, flipping halfway through.
  • Get your outdoor grill blazing hot and give the grate a light oiling.
  • Remove the chops from the marinade, gently shake off any excess, and discard the remaining marinade.
  • Grill the chops on medium heat until cooked through, about 8 minutes per side or until a meat thermometer reads 145°F (63°C). Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
