Ingredients:
  • 600g jap pumpkin, deseeded, cut into thin wedges
  • 5.00 gm smoked paprika
Instructions:
  • Combine pumpkin with a generous drizzle of oil, a sprinkle of paprika, and minced garlic in a spacious bowl. Mix everything together until the pumpkin is evenly coated.
  • Preheat a chargrill over medium-high heat. Grill the pumpkin for 5 to 7 minutes on each side until it's beautifully golden and tender. Serve and enjoy!
