Grilled radishes with butter and Montreal steak seasoning for a delightful caramelized finish.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 pound radishes, trimmed
  • 1.5 teaspoons Montreal steak seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons cold butter, cut into chunks
Instructions:
  • Heat up your outdoor grill to medium-high temperature.
  • Halve or quarter radishes based on size. Arrange radishes on a large piece of heavy-duty foil. Season with Montreal steak seasoning and dot with butter. Fold foil to seal packet.
  • Grill foil packet with lid closed for 15 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes. For more caramelization on the radishes, grill an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
