Grilled salmon with lemon-tarragon garlic sauce, paired with grilled veggies. Perfect for a summer meal.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (4 ounce) fillets salmon
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill to high heat.
  • Season the salmon fillets generously with salt and pepper, then drizzle with a generous amount of olive oil.
  • Combine the mayonnaise, mustard, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, tarragon, salt, and pepper in a bowl and set aside.
  • Prepare the grill grate with a light coating of oil, then grill the salmon until it easily flakes with a fork, for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve on a plate and generously drizzle with the sauce.
